Das Olympic Leadership Program ist eine Fortbildungsreihe für Führungskräfte im saudischen Sport und wird von der Internationalen Olympischen Akademie (IOA) gemeinsam mit der Saudischen Olympischen Akademie (SOA) organisiert. Die Zielgruppe des Programms sind die Generalsekretäre und Direktoren der olympischen Organisationen in Saudi-Arabien sowie der nationalen Spitzensportverbände. Die Fortbildung umfasst insg. 6 mehrtägige Module zu einer Vielzahl von verschiedenen Themen im Sport Management (z.B. Strategic Management and Governance, Leadership and Human Resource Management).
Unser Mitarbeiter PD Dr. Mathias Schubert präsentierte im Rahmen des Moduls „Financial Management & Sustainability“ unter anderem zum Thema Financial Fair Play. Weitere Lecturer im Rahmen des Moduls waren u.a. Antonio Arimany, CEO von World Triathlon und Vize-Präsident des CAS.

The Olympic Leadership Program is an advanced training series for high-level managers in Saudi sport and is organized by the International Olympic Academy (IOA) together with the Saudi Olympic Academy (SOA). The target group of the program are the general secretaries and directors of the Olympic organizations in Saudi Arabia as well as the national elite sports federations. The program consists of 6 multi-day modules on a variety of different topics in sports management (e.g. Strategic Management and Governance, Leadership and Human Resource Management).
Our colleague PD Dr. Mathias Schubert presented on topics such as Financial Fair Play as part of the "Financial Management & Sustainability" module. Other lecturers in the module were, among others, Antonio Arimany, CEO of World Triathlon and Vice President of CAS.
