Exkursion "Keyplayer in der Eventorganisation" 2024 | SPORTÖKONOMIE │ SPORTSOZIOLOGIE

Im Rahmen des Seminars "Keyplayer in der Eventorganisation" besuchten unsere Masterstudierenden im Internationalen Sportmanagement vom 28.02 - 07.03.2024 diverse Sportorganisationen und Sportstätten in Mainz, Frankfurt, München und Innsbruck.

Die Studierenden unseres Masterstudiengangs "Internationales Sportmanagement" haben in den vergangenen 12 Tagen zahlreiche Sportstätten besucht und dabei interessante Einblicke in die Planung und Durchführung von Sportevents erhalten. Unter anderem besuchte die Gruppe den Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, die MEWA Arena in Mainz, den Olympiapark und das Olympiastadion in München, die Allianz Arena in München, die Bergisel Schanze in Innsbruck, die Olympiaworld und das Tivoli Stadion in Innsbruck und viele weitere Sportstätten. Im Zuge dessen hörten die Masterstudierenden hochinteressante Vorträge hochrangiger Eventstakeholder aus der Welt des Sports. Dazu gehörten der Deutscher Fußball-Bund, die Euro 2024 GmbH, der 1. FSV Mainz 05, Eintracht Frankfurt, Die Deutsche Olympische Akademie, der DOSB, die Deutsche Sporthilfe, die Olympiapark GmbH, der Grünwalder Freizeitpark, Innsbruck-Tirol Sports, sowie die Stadt München, nur um einige zu nennen.

Das Seminar endete mit der Teilnahme am 13. Innsbrucker Sportökonomie & -management Symposium, bei dem die Studierenden unter anderem die Vorträge unserer Mitarbeiter*innen Holger Preuß, Mathias Schubert, Norbert Schütte, Lina-Doreen Rose, Antonia Hannawacker, Yannick Rinker und Kim Schu besuchen konnten. Auch unser DAiSI-Team um Maria Fernanda Delgado, Mohammad Alkayal, Viktoriia Smirnova und Aline Lopes da Silva Candeo waren vor Ort und präsentierten ihre Themen.

Für die Organisation der Exkursion waren Prof. Dr. Holger Preuß, Yannick Rinker und Kim Schu zuständig. Außerdem fand diese in enger Kooperation mit der Hochschule für angewandtes Management (HAM) in Person von Thomas Apitzsch statt.

Lisa Kraft: "Die Exkursion war eine extrem bereichernde Erfahrung. Neben Einblicken in die Organisation von Großevents wie der Faustball WM in Mannheim 2023 und der EURO24 haben mich besonders die Vorträge zum Bidding-Prozess der Frauen Fußball WM 2027 und der Innovationsworkshop in München fasziniert. Vielen Dank an die Organisatoren für die gelungene Veranstaltung!"

Aaron Volz: "In Form von zahlreichen interessanten Vorträgen, etwaigen Führungen und Fragerunden durften wir wertvolle Einblicke in die Planung und Durchführung verschiedenster Sportevents erhalten. Das Programm war sehr vielseitig und gut abgestimmt. Ich denke wir konnten die Zeit super nutzen um als Kohorte weiter zusammenzuwachsen und zu netzwerken. Meine persönlichen Highlights waren unser Besuch beim DFB und der Bergisel Schanze in Innsbruck"

As part of the seminar "Key Players in Event Organization", our Master's students in International Sports Management visited various sports organizations and sports venues in Mainz, Frankfurt, Munich and Innsbruck from 28.02 - 07.03.2024.

Over the past 12 days, the students on our Master's degree course in International Sports Management visited numerous sports venues and gained interesting insights into the planning and implementation of sporting events. The group visited Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, the MEWA Arena in Mainz, the Olympic Park and the Olympic Stadium in Munich, the Allianz Arena in Munich, the Bergisel ski jump in Innsbruck, the Olympiaworld and the Tivoli Stadium in Innsbruck and many other sports venues. In the course of this, the Master's students listened to highly interesting presentations by high-ranking event stakeholders from the world of sport. These included the German Football Association, Euro 2024 GmbH, 1. FSV Mainz 05, Eintracht Frankfurt, the German Olympic Academy, the DOSB, Deutsche Sporthilfe, Olympiapark GmbH, Grünwalder Freizeitpark, Innsbruck-Tirol Sports and the City of Munich, to name but a few.

The seminar ended with participation in the 13th Innsbruck Sports Economics & Management Symposium, where students were able to attend presentations by our employees Holger Preuß, Mathias Schubert, Norbert Schütte, Lina-Doreen Rose, Antonia Hannawacker, Yannick Rinker and Kim Schu, among others. Our DAiSI team around Maria Fernanda Delgado, Mohammad Alkayal, Viktoriia Smirnova and Aline Lopes da Silva Candeo were also on site and presented their topics.Prof. Dr. Holger Preuß, Yannick Rinker and Kim Schu were responsible for organizing the excursion. It also took place in close cooperation with the University of Applied Management (HAM) in the person of Thomas Apitzsch.
