Zur 5. Jahrestagung der Fachgruppe Mediensport und Sportkommunikation der DGPuK (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaft) laden JProf. Dr. Christiana Schallhorn (Institut für Sportwissenschaft), Dr. Markus Schäfer (Institut für Publizistik) und JProf. Dr. Jessica Kunert (Journalistisches Seminar / Institut für Publizistik) an die Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz ein.
Es werden spannende Fachvorträge erwartet, die Veränderungen und aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Sportkommunikation thematisieren. So geht zum Beispiel um den Einsatz, die Nutzung und die Wirkung sozialer Medien und neuer Technologien bei Sportrezipient:innen und Journalist:innen, aber auch um Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit und CSR im Sport oder Auswirkungen in der Sportkommunikation durch die Corona-Pandemie. Wie immer gibt es ein attraktives Rahmenprogramm mit Stadtrundgang, Besuch in der MEWA-Arena, Abendveranstaltung und Gastvortrag. JProf. Dr. Christiana Schallhorn (Institute of Sports Science), Dr. Markus Schäfer (Institute of Journalism) and JProf. Dr. Jessica Kunert (Journalism Seminar / Institute of Journalism) invite you to the 5th Annual Conference of the Media Sport and Sports Communication Section of the DGPuK (German Society for Journalism and Communication Studies) at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
Exciting lectures are expected that will address changes and current developments in sports communication. For example, they will deal with the use and impact of social media and new technologies on sports recipients and journalists, but also with topics such as sustainability and CSR in sport or the effects of the Corona pandemic on sports communication. As always, there will be an attractive supporting programme with a city tour, a visit to the MEWA Arena, an evening event and a guest lecture.
